Join David and the Buildings and Equipment Community of Practice of the Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) for a two day workshop and optional site tour in Dublin, Ohio from October 17 - 20, 2019 for librarians, library staff, trustees, architects, and designers. Explore what pre-project considerations are most crucial, how to assemble a successful internal and external team for your project, and budgeting, among other types of planning necessary to ensure a victorious library project.

As part of the library tours, David will guide participants through two GUND designed libraries, the Main Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library system and Thompson Library at Ohio State University.
