On to the 1980s. No spandex or jelly bracelets, just another decade of inspiring architecture. Plus, a surprise appearance of one of Boston’s most infamous serial killers. Find out what the Boston Strangler has to do with GUND Partnership.
Peace, Prosperity and the 1990s. According to History.com, the 90s can be summed up in three words - peace, prosperity and the internet. For GUND it was the decade the firm began to travel southward, with projects in North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Here are our top 5 picks for projects GUND completed in the 90s.
The Sustainable 2000s. After surviving the fateful strike of the midnight bell on 12/31/99, GUND turned its attention to the environment. The 2000s are the decade the firm really began to hit its sustainability stride. This decade’s 5 for 5 features GUND’s first geothermal project and its first (as well as DC’s first) LEED project.
2010s and the Future. The 2010s set the foundation for the firm’s current leadership team with the promotions of David Zenk and Christine Verbitzki to principals and Scott Westerbeke to Senior Associate. See GUND's 5 project highlights from the 2010s.
